An organization which seeks to help care for the mental state of those affected by the earthquake disaster through rebuilding of cultural facilities in the disaster stricken area, dispatching artists to the disaster zone, holding workshops for children affected by the disaster, and offering entertainments such as plays, dances and other performances in the disaster zone.
